These Cheese knives are hand made and organic in shaped resin and sterling silver.  Each piece is one of a kind and unique like all KWD pieces.  They should only be used for cold food and to preserve them, wash in warm water to prevent discolouration.  The resin used to make them is FDA approved up to 50degrees.
