Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at katewarbydesigns@bigpond.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorisation Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange. We will supply you with an Exchange Authorisation Number. We do not offer free return shipping - however, we do offer free shipping to you on your replacement product (Australia only).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus any shipping charges) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Shipping Fees
We cannot refund shipping fees on change of mind returns or exchanges. As a small business, we do not get discounted shipping from any providers. It is important that you choose carefully. Additionally, return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer free returns.
