Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. This does not include custom made designs. We will advise lead time for delivery of custom orders when order is placed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Express shipping anywhere in Australia: flat rate $19.95
Delivery estimate 1-4 business days. Unfortunately AusPost does not guarantee their delivery times. Delays can happen. We recommend allowing additional days for delivery if your handmade jewellery is required by a certain date. Please see AusPost's Domestic Delivery Times for further information.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
New Zealand: flat rate $30.00
Delivery estimate 4-7 business days*
Rest of World: flat rate $45.00
Delivery estimate 10-15 business days*

Your order may be subject to your country’s import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (not Kate Warby Designs). Kate Warby Design cannot provide advice regarding these charges. If you require information on your country’s import fees and taxes, please contact your local import office.
We strongly advise that all international orders be delivered to a manned address (place of employment, etc) as signature on delivery is required. If no one is available to sign for delivery, your order will be taken to the shipping company’s depot. Some shipping providers (your local carriers) leave notice of attempted delivery. SOME DO NOT and they rely on the customer tracking the package and knowing where to pick it up or how to schedule a redelivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. After approximately two weeks, if package is not picked up, it is returned to us.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery estimate, please contact us at katewarbydesigns@bigpond.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
